Notre entreprise, en recherche permanente de performance, souhaite non seulement satisfaire ses clients, mais aussi mieux prendre en compte le capital humain, richesse de notre entreprise, et limiter au maximum nos impacts sur l'environnement. Ce d�fi implique bien s�r des r�sultats �conomiques solides, qui nous permettent de poursuivre notre d�veloppement, au travers de 4 axes prioritaires :

SATISFAIRE NOS CLIENTS
Soci�t� de services, nous accompagnons nos clients jusqu'� la r�ussite de leurs projets. Cette valeur de service et de professionnalisme est partag�e avec l'ensemble de nos collaborateurs. Sujet parfois sensible dans le contexte actuel, nous nous effor�ons de fournir les prestations command�es dans les d�lais convenus.

MISER SUR NOS HOMMES
Nous voulons permettre � chaque salari� de s'�panouir professionnellement et de r�ussir son parcours chez FIT Conseil, tout en pr�servant sa sant� et sa s�curit�. Nous nous attachons en particulier � limiter les risques lors des interventions chantier. Nous encourageons nos salari�s � limiter nos d�chets et � s'assurer de leur �limination dans de bonnes conditions.

MAINTENIR LA REACTIVITE ET LA PERFORMANCE DE NOTRE ORGANISATION
Nous mobilisons nos synergies pour fournir les ressources adapt�es au service de nos clients. Pour cela, nous mettons en place des outils communs de management. Nous recherchons une proximit� g�ographique avec nos clients sur le territoire national, ce qui nous permet notamment de limiter nos consommations d'�nergie. Dans le m�me esprit, nous appuyons notre d�veloppement � l'international sur des collaborations locales.

NOUS DEVELOPPER ET INNOVER
Nous nous effor�ons de d�tecter et positionner FIT Conseil sur de nouveaux march�s. Nous investissons fortement et r�guli�rement dans de nouvelles technologies pour adapter notre outil de production. Ceci nous permet notamment d'am�liorer les conditions de travail de nos salari�s et de r�duire nos consommations d'�nergie.

Nous nous engageons � respecter les exigences l�gales et r�glementaires applicables � nos activit�s, � rechercher l'am�lioration continue, � pr�venir les risques de pollution et d'atteinte � la sant� du personnel.

Pour r�ussir cette d�marche, nous invitons chacun de nos collaborateurs � adh�rer � la pr�sente politique et nous nous engageons � assurer la disponibilit� des ressources permettant la mise en œuvre de ce syst�me de management.

Nouveau si�ge � Nantes

A la Toussaint 2009, l'ensemble des salari�s nantais du Groupe FIT et de FIT Conseil a eu la chance d'investir un b�timent tout beau tout neuf.
Nous voici d�sormais en famille, Groupe FIT, FIT, FIT Conseil, M�moris, GeoPhenix et ESIC, aujourd'hui r�unis sous un m�me toit bien sympathique.
Notre nouveau b�timent, aux couleurs de notre temps, a �t� r�alis� suivant les pr�conisations de Haute Qualit� Environnementale.
Le d�paysement n'est pas total : nous voici au No 1 de la route de Gachet, voisins de nos cousins Groupe SCE et SNEDA.
Un nouveau d�part s'offre � nous ! Sachons saisir l'opportunit� d'un cadre de travail spacieux (2500 m2), nous assurant au quotidien la proximit� de nos collaborateurs.

Certification ISO 9001 version 2000 de FIT Conseil par AFAQ/AFNOR Certification

Apr�s un audit initial, fin juin 2007, par AFAQ/AFNOR Certification, FIT Conseil a obtenu le 11 juillet 2007 la certification ISO 9001 version 2000, pour toutes ses activit�s et tous ses bureaux.
Cette conformit� au standard international correspond � une volont� forte de la part de chacun de satisfaire le client, de le rassurer sur notre organisation en lui apportant aujourd'hui la preuve d'un examen ext�rieur.
Le syst�me de management de la qualit� mis en place est en interne un outil quotidien qui permet aux diff�rentes structures de fonctionner harmonieusement.
Belle reconnaissance internationale qui vient couronner une d�marche d'entreprise dans laquelle l'ensemble des salari�s s'est impliqu� activement, vers un objectif commun.

- Modernisation of the Hungarian reference map databases

Regional development and land reallocation

You are in charge of:

Redistributing land to improve the way in which it is used and ensuring that land appropriation is minimised and conducted fairly, in particular by using existing reserved areas when building major infrastructure (high-speed train lines, motorways, etc.), developing facilities (power stations, etc.) or implementing urban development projects.
Studying land development schemes involving several localities, at the request of the government or a local authority.

Technical and administrative assistance with land purchasing

Extension of Toulouse-Blagnac Airport(2002 to 2005)
- Acquisition of land on three urban development areas (460 ha):
  - Checking of the project manager's cadastral documents
  - Additional research concerning owners' identities
  - Complete assistance to the project manager throughout the land survey procedure
  - Follow-up of evaluations performed by the Land Registry
  - Amicable negotiation of land purchases

RTE (French power transmission system operator) (2001 to 2006)
- Studies for the widening of forest sections (3 000 km of lines):
  - Calculation of safety distances in relation to the technical characteristics of the line
  - Identification of vegetation on the site likely to impede conductor swinging
  - Investigation of plots including the forest sections to be widened in order to make the line safe
  - Drawing-up of plans showing parcels and lists of properties and land use, indicating the distances concerned by the Overhead Lines Directive and the 2001 decree
  - Informing of owners affected by the widening works
  - Marking on wooded plots and estimation of compensation for land clearing
  - Writing of compensation reports and new agreements, doorstep visits to owners
  - Payment of compensation to owners

SAGESS (French Oil Stockholding Agency) (2005 to 2007)
- Negotiation of easements for the laying of an oil pipeline (130 km):
  - Drawing up of plans showing parcels and lists of properties and land use, indicating actual owners and operators

  - Supervision of detailed property inquiries
  - Negotiation of easements on public property
  - Writing of administrative documents
  - Follow-up of administrative and legal procedures through to appeal proceedings
  - Pre- and post-works inventories with the Contractor
